Blount Street Commons II
Community Wash Project
|
Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing in your community Dec 28th-30th, 2020.
Our contracted scope of work is: "Full exterior cleaning project: - Soft washing the exterior building facades. There is not significant mildew present on the areas highlighted in red on the scope map so a simple pH neutral soap and water flushing will suffice to remove cobwebs and loose dirt. We'll need to ladder up to each deck to thoroughly flush those areas. The handrails of the decks have been recently painted and are in great shape. Use a light mildewcide solution to remove the moderate organic growth found on the building facades highlighted in red on scope map. Will need 12ft step ladder and shooter tip to reach 4th story gables - Be cautious of fire suppression system sprinkler heads. They are located in the ceilings of the covered entry ways - Use HSR diluted and applied via pump sprayer to address the hydrocarbon dust deposits most severely found in the covered entry areas along Person St. Use a soft bristled brush to agitate as needed. - Water access via City of Raleigh Fire hydrants." PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your front porches and back decks prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed. If you have electronic locks or cameras, please click here. Your service date is found below on the color-coded map. Want to know more?
