.The Camden Townhomes HOA, via your property management with Elite Management Professionals, has directed our company to notify you that we will be pressure-washing the townhomes and decks in your community starting August 5th and continuing through August 16th. We are also scheduled to stain horizontal surfaces of decks.
Preparation: Please COMPLETELY clear your back deck, patio, and front stoop areas and driveways. Please remember not to park in the areas that will block our technicians' access to your deck. Please keep all windows completely and securely closed. We will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with hot water. If you have a locking gate, please ensure it is unlocked on your service dates or we may not be able to fully access your unit. Washing: Aug. 5 – Aug. 16 (weather delays are uncommon). Schedule spreadsheet by address and by map can be found on website below. Staining: Aug. 6 - Aug. 20 (weather delays are very common). The precise date for your staining will be provided to you via a hand-delivered flyer at your home. After washing the decks, we will be staining horizontal surfaces of the decks in the community and you will receive a flyer on your door notifying you of the specific service date for your deck to be stained. Please follow the preparation instruction above for both the wash and stain dates. Want to know more?
