Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing a community washing of the townhome buildings shown on the map below.

Please clear your porches, decks, patios, and front stoop areas of grills, furniture, cloth/ fabric items, potted plants, electronic items, and lights/ decorations, etc.   Ensure doors and windows are securely closed.

We will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your
home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with hot water.  Please see below for the color-coded daily schedule.
