Community Wash Project 2018: June 14 & 15

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing a community wash project on the townhomes as shown on the map below.
We will be cleaning all community gutters on June 8, weather permitting. We will pressure wash sidewalks on June 13, and then complete a soft wash on the buildings on June 14 and 15. Please COMPLETELY clear your back patio and front porch entry areas, as we will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with fresh water. Please do not leave any windows open or cracked. Please see below for the color-coded daily schedule so that you can have your unit prepared before 8 AM on your scheduled service date. Our work hours generally begin at 8 AM and end at 4 PM, Monday - Friday. Feel free to contact us at any time using the form to the left or the information below.
