Community Wash Project 2018

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the townhome buildings in your community July 23 - August 7, 2018.  Our scope of work also includes the patios and the communal sidewalks.
 
We will be washing the exterior of the townhomes with a low-pressure, soft wash process that uses a detergent to clean, not high pressure.  
 
PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor from your entryways and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows securely closed.
