Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing a community wash project on the townhomes as shown on the map below.
Please COMPLETELY clear your back patio and front porch entry areas, as well as any screen porches, as we will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with fresh water. Please do not leave any windows open or cracked. (Screen porches are not included in the scope but should be prepared so no items are damaged.) Please see below for the color-coded daily schedule so that you can have your unit prepared before 8 AM on your scheduled service date. (The thick green lines show sidewalk areas that will be washed. Your walkway to your front door is also included.) Our work hours generally begin at 8 AM and end at 4 PM, Monday - Friday.
