Tyler Graybeal fosters entrepreneurship with a
divinity school student in Dallas, TX:
MADDEN OUTDOOR RESTORATION, LLC
James Madden, current owner of MOR, was an intern with Reformed University Fellowship at Wake Forest University during Tyler Graybeal's tenure there.
Upon graduation, James was accepted into Redeemer Seminary in Dallas Texas to pursue a Master of Divinty degree. When trying to figure out how we was going to put himself through school, live, and work part time hours, Tyler immediately recommended starting a pressure-washing business! Tyler had a deck washing and staining job contracted with a WFU professor at the time, and James was free labor.
After learning the basics of the business in Winston-Salem, NC, James built a company called Madden Outdoor Restoration in Dallas. He hired and trained a crew of fellow divinity school students that first summer. For many months, Tyler had a coaching call with James every Monday at 9pm EST.
As the saying goes, "the rest is history!"
