Community Wash Project 2020

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing the apartment building, mailboxes, stairwell railings and steps, concrete landings, and vertical concrete walls in the parking lot in your community November 5 – 6, 2020.  

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:
  • We ask that residents put old towels around their windows and/or doors to prevent as much water intrusion possible. Our technicians will be taking precautions to avoid the windows that may have failed seals, but additional preventative measures are recommended. 
  • Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor from your balconies prior to your service date. If any of your neighbors with balconies below your unit have not cleared their belongings, we cannot service your balcony.
  • We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed.
