Community Wash Project

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be cleaning designated units in your community December 3-6, 2019. We will be cleaning gutters on Tuesday, December 3rd and we will be pressure washing December 4th - 6th. 

Buildings we will service during this project are:​

  • 2431 Campus Shore Drive
This pressure washing scope includes:
  • Cleaning cobwebs & new construction clay stains on front porches and inset garage entry areas
    • Includes painted and exposed concrete surfaces
  • Gutter brightening
  • Oxidation stain removal

PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date.
