Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing a community wash project on the townhomes as shown on the map below.
Please COMPLETELY clear your back entry and front porch entry areas, as we will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with fresh water. Please do not leave any windows open or cracked. Please see below for the color-coded daily schedule so that you can have your unit prepared before 8 AM on your scheduled service date. Our work hours generally begin at 8 AM and end at 4 PM, Monday - Friday. Feel free to contact us at any time using the form to the left or the information below.
