Community Wash Project 2019

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing your community October 14 - 21, 2019. Note that some Oct. 16th scheduled work will be performed Saturday, October 19th due to rain. The scope of this pressure washing project includes:
  • Apartments
  • ​Balconies​​ (see below, all three must be cleared)
  • Breezeways
  • ​​Detached garages​
  • ​Office and Amenities
​​​PREPARATION: Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL items stored outside prior to your service date. If any of your neighbors with balconies below your unit have not cleared their belongings, we cannot service your balcony. We ask that you keep your windows and doors securely closed.
