 Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing a community wash project on the townhome buildings and patios from June 5 through June 16, 2017 as shown on the map below.  

Please COMPLETELY clear your back patio and front porch/ step areas, as we will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with fresh water. Please do not leave any windows open or cracked.   Although screen porches are not included in our scope of work, we ask that you clear the screen porch of items so that nothing is damaged from overspray coming through the screen.  (Optional screen porch order form.)

​Please see below for the color-coded daily schedule so that you can have your unit prepared before 8 AM on your scheduled service date.
