Southern Outdoor Restoration will be pressure washing select townhome buildings in your community August 6 - 9, 2018. 
 
We will be washing the exterior of the townhomes with a low-pressure, soft wash process that uses a detergent to clean, not high pressure.  
 
Please help us ensure the best wash result possible by temporarily removing ALL potted plants, grills, cloth furniture, electronics, and breakable décor on your porches and patios prior to your service date. We ask that you keep your windows securely closed.  

Exterior siding and patios are included in our scope, but screened porches are not (but can be ordered separately).  We do ask that you clear your screen porches to prevent overspray from damaging your items.
