Community Wash Project 2017:  May 22 - June 1

Southern Outdoor Restoration will be completing a community wash project on the building facades from May 22 through June 1, 2017 as shown on the map below.  Note screened porches are not included in our scope.  We will also be completing a partial community gutter cleaning on May 19.

Please COMPLETELY clear your back patio and front porch/ step areas, as we will be spraying a biodegradable mildewcide solution on your home at low pressure and completing a full fresh water rinse with fresh water. Please do not leave any windows open or cracked.  

​Please see below for the color-coded daily schedule so that you can have your unit prepared before 8 AM on your scheduled service date.
